Dan Faulkner is a graduate of the University Of Tennessee School Of Engineering, retired Nuclear Power Professional, and a native of Knoxville, Tennessee where he lives with his wife, Brenda, and 2 working Doberman Pinschers, Kiss and Niki. He has been involved in training for conformation, obedience, tracking and agility with Dobes for 38 years. His Dobes have competed in AKC Rally, Obedience, Tracking, Conformation, and Agility events.
He has been competing in AKC Agility for about 14 years. In addition to his own Doberman Pinschers, he has competed with Labrador Retrievers, Beagles, Golden Retrievers, Staffordshire Bull Terriers, Schipperkes, Rottweilers, Shelties, Border Collies, and Giant Schnauzers.
He became an AKC Agility Judge in 2008 and has since judged about 250 agility trials in 25 states from New Hampshire to Oregon to Texas, designing over 1000 courses and judging over 50,000 individual runs along the way.
