A. Through evaluation forms completed by all participants and constant market research surveys.

Q. How does Northeast Seminars evaluate the professional needs of each participant?
A. Through needs assessments administered several times per year.

Q. Does Northeast Seminars provide continuing education credits?
A. Northeast Seminars provides a certificate of completion to be submitted for continuing education credits at the completion of each course. All courses are pre-approved for CEU credit within the state the seminar is taught.

Q. How can I receive a schedule of all upcoming seminars?
A. The schedule is available on the website www.neseminars.com , but can also be requested by email at info@neseminars.com.

Q. How are your Internet courses presented?
A. All Internet courses are delivered in full streaming video, on-demand 24/7, complete with downloadable course manual, computer corrected testing and automatic certificate of completion generation.

Q. How long do I have to complete an Internet course?
A. Our courses are designed to allow the user to complete the course at his or her own pace. Up to one year is allowed, from date of purchase to successfully pass the course exam.

Q. How does one go about registering and paying for a course?
A. Simply click on the appropriate button: “Live Seminars” or “On-line Seminars” then click “Add to Cart” and continue with the check-out process.

Q. Does Northeast Seminars provide a certificate of completion for each Internet course?
A. Yes. When you have successfully completed the course a certificate will be available for you to print out.

Q. What means of testing are available to enable participants to receive Continuing Education credits?
A. Each course will have a “post test” (final exam) at its completion. This test must be successfully completed in order to receive your certificate of completion.

Q. Are long-distance seminars available in various media formats?
A. Yes. Certain video seminars are available for purchase on DVD. The CEU test is administered on-line.

Q. Can I gain unlimited access to the NES on-line video library?
A. Annual subscriptions to our library are available, allowing the student unlimited viewing privileges and CEU fulfillment.

Q. How do I register for existing hands-on courses?
